If you are looking for a dog friendly place to eat when in Santa Fe, make sure to stop here. They allow dogs on the indoor patio. Very good food, at reasonable prices. I had chicken enchiladas and fried plantains. Very flavorful!

Hidden gem in the main Santa Fe Plaza area. La Fogata is a vibrant, fun, and somewhat hidden location in the bustling Santa Fe Plaza. Walking down a stairwell led us to the entrance filled with smells of delicious New Mexican food cooking. We were politely seated at the service was prompt. The menu was full of variety and reasonably priced, but the beer selection was modest. Our meal was excellent and overall it was a great experience. Only improvement could be a larger on tap beer selection.

The food was great and staff were very attentive. I love mariachi music which was live! But it might have been a little to loud. I couldn't have a good conversation with the company I was with. Great atmosphere though.
